Everything was excellent, including very nice staff and comfy location next to the music festival. Large beds, a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator in the room. Location close to restaurants, 2 major motorways, and Fashionland. Family atmosphere, a huge variety of good dishes.

The room was reasonably large & compact with a great mezzanine, a loft bedroom, iron. The breakfast was satisfactory and at very reasonable prices. The atmosphere created was quiet!

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The rooms were generously large and modern with excellent views of the surroundings. The hotel staff, including the general manager, were extremely friendly and professional. We were pleasantly surprised by the great location of the hotel, making it easy to access big shopping malls and restaurants. Not to mention, the delicious and reasonably priced restaurant in the hotel was another added bonus. the staff always fixed any issues promptly and without any hassle.

Although the breakfast was good, it catered mainly to Chinese guests. Getting in and out of the hotel was a bit challenging due to the location, especially during rush hour traffic in the city.

The room advantages were top-notch: the treatment room was perfect for a little self-care, and the private facilities were a nice added touch. My only minor issue was with service. While the staff was generally friendly and helpful, the cleaning personnel knocked twice and entered the room without waiting for an answer, which made me feel a little uncomfortable.
